Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Pops

We recently acquired these awesome ice pop molds (6.99 at TJ Maxx, can’t beat it) so I have been experimenting with all sorts of things in them.  This one was especially easy, cheap and not too bad for you!2013-05-07 22.19.22

Ingredients

Instant Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding

2 cups skim milk

1/4 cup Peanut Butter

Directions

Prepare pudding to package directions.

Prepare pudding to package directions and allow to set.

Melt peanut butter for 20 seconds in microwave then pour into set pudding.

Stir peanut butter and pudding together.

Pour mix into molds and allow to freeze at least 20 minutes.

Makes 8 rocket-ship pudding pops.  88 calories, 4g fat, 2g protein and delicious!!
