Great post work out, amp up your banana/apple snack. Cuts back on the calories of using straight peanut butter (which I would just bath in if I could).
Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter with 1 cup of plain (or vanilla) low fat greek yogurt. So easy and makes enough to last for a while.
NEW OPTION!! My friend Cassie told me she added honey and that it was awesome so I tried it and she was sooooo right. It takes some of the tanginess out of the yogurt. So if you want to try a different variation, add 1 tbsp of honey to the mix…AWESOME!!
