Chicken Salad


1 lb chicken

1/2 cup grapes, sliced in half

1/3 cup craisins

1/2 small apple, diced

1/3 cup miracle whip

1 stalk celery, diced

salt and pepper


1.  Boil chicken and rinse when done.  I usually put this in the refrigerator for and do something else for a while while it cools.

2.  Pull chicken.  I do this by hand so I can pull out any weird gristle in the chicken but you can do it with a food processor or with a fork.

3.  I use my apple corer/slicer thing and then dice up half of the slices.  I use the other half for a snack, usually with peanut butter.

3.  Combine all other ingredients and chill before eating.
