Nutella White Chocolate Chip Cookies

¾ cup butter (1 ½ sticks)

¼ cup nutella

1 teaspoon vanilla

¾ cup brown sugar

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 ¼ cup flour

1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix butter, nutella, vanilla, brown sugar, sugar and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add baking soda, salt and flour and mix until soft dough forms.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Place 1-tablespoon dollops on cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes.  My oven is low power so I go toward 13 but I like them soft and chewy so I bring them out when they look just barely under cooked.
