Nutella White Chocolate Chip Cookies
¾ cup butter (1 ½ sticks)
¼ cup nutella
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 ¼ cup flour
1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix butter, nutella, vanilla, brown sugar, sugar and eggs until smooth.
- Add baking soda, salt and flour and mix until soft dough forms.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Place 1-tablespoon dollops on cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes. My oven is low power so I go toward 13 but I like them soft and chewy so I bring them out when they look just barely under cooked.
