I have found various versions of this on pinterest but I needed to share it here because I love it so much. These are perfect for when I need a really quick snack before I head to work out or just something to tide myself over until dinner.
Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
2/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup flax seed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
1. This one is easy, combine all ingredients, and mix.
2. Using hands, roll into one inch balls. I usually get 15 out of it, but I have to admit the closer I get to the end they start growing in size 🙂

Alex! I just made these. They are amazing and curb your hunger just enough to get you through a workout. They are definitely going to become a staple in my house.
