Maple Apple Cinnamon Loaf

It’s been a while but here’s a new baked treat to try. ┬áThis one isn’t too bad for you either (added bonus)!!

Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats

3/4 cup skim milk

3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

1 egg

1/4 cup sugar free syrup

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine oats with all wet ingredients.

Add in all dry ingredients.

Add in all dry ingredients.

Mix well so batter is even.

Distribute into loaf pan that has been non-stick sprayed (or two baby pans).

Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife can be inserted in center and come out clean.
