I am super excited for this WIAW because I finally got my camera fixed so I have pretty pictures to show!! Nothing I ate was that exciting, but I love how much better the pictures look with a non-iPhone camera!
Breakfast: Maple Brown Sugar Chex and Coffee
Lunch: Vanilla yogurt, blueberries, strawberries and Fruit and Nut granola
Perfect lunch for a warm day!
Afternoon Snack: Garden Tomato Almonds (Naturebox) and Chai Smoothie
1 cup almond milk (microwave until steaming) and add chai tea bag, place in fridgerator (or freezer to make it faster. Once cold enough add frozen banana, chai milk and 1 tsp vanilla to blender and mix. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS! The cup is cool too, I have no idea where it came from!
Dinner: Grilled Chicken with Spicy Peach Sauce, Spinach and Tomatoes and baked potatoes
Dessert: I bookended the day with more Maple Brown Sugar Chex
What delicious new things did you try this week?
The past few days have been finals and Camp Hand to Hands. I have been so busy, with nothing fun or exciting to report.

Yesterday after camp I was so excited to try out a new dinner and even manned the grill all by myself. I was pretty proud of myself (although next time I would have cooked the chicken slightly less).

Today was especially crazy. I got up at 6 to run, had a final starting at 8, then my camp shift started at 9 and went until 12, then I came have for a few hours to make a cake before going back to school to decorate for my camp day tomorrow (Under the Sea! I know you are singing the song right now). After that I spent 3 hours in clinic, so now I am worn out and ready for bed. However, it is Casey’s birthday tomorrow so I have to muster the energy to make it out with him.
