We use cheese a lot for cooking. From mexican, to egg sandwiches, to pasta we use shredded cheese almost daily.
Luckily for us, most shredded cheese varieties come with a 2% or even skim milk option. These can save anywhere from 30-50 calories per serving and usually don’t cost any more or taste any different. Occasionally I find that these versions area little bit drier, but if you are cooking it I usually don’t notice any difference at all.
