It’s been a while but here’s a new baked treat to try. This one isn’t too bad for you either (added bonus)!!
Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Nutrition: 12 servings; 108 calories, 1g fat, 3.5g protein

This looks yummy!! Reminds me a bit of the baked oatmeal I make, but in bread form!
